Hiatt & Co. was founded by Josh Hiatt, a Charlotte-area native, after going through the home buying process himself and experiencing firsthand what was missing — contractors who communicate, follow through, and take pride in their work.
Growing up around construction — his father has spent over 50 years in the industry, from custom homes to high-rise projects across Charlotte — Josh learned early that quality work comes down to discipline, preparation, and attention to detail. That experience remains an active part of the business today with his father working alongside him on every project.
