Growing up around construction—his father has been in the industry for over 50 years—Josh learned that quality work comes down to discipline, preparation, and attention to detail. After going through the home buying process in 2025, he recognized the need for dependable contractors who communicate clearly and build with long-term performance in mind.
Hiatt & Co. was founded by Josh Hiatt, a Charlotte-area native with a commitment to delivering quality construction throughout the region.
